ArtinSoft Cares: We are committed in helping foster scientific research, technological innovation, and social development
We believe that it is our corporate responsibility as a leading software company to encourage scientific and technological research to spur the growth of the IT sector in Costa Rica and around the world. We are also dedicated to promoting social development and improving community access to health and education.
Through our ArtinSoft Cares(tm) program, we provide donations and resources, sponsor activities and programs, and dedicate time to different social aid initiatives in the Central American region.

Tiempo Compartido - Scientific Research
Through the prestigious Silver Sponsorship, ArtinSoft helps finance the academic tri-yearly journal Tiempo Compartido of the Costa Rican Technological Institute. This non-profit publication is dedicated to raising the profile of the IT research field in Costa Rica by publishing reports on Computer Science projects and investigations.
LINK - Business Incubation
As an active member of the Costa Rican Chamber of Information and Communications Technology (CAMTIC), ArtinSoft provides support to the LINK program, an innovative project designed to provide financial, logistic, and technical support to new IT businesses and start-ups in the region.
Forums, Activities, and Conferences
We continually sponsor conferences, activities, and forums in and outside of Costa Rica focused on economic, social, and technological development. Some of our most recent conference sponsorships include the annual Environmental Conference of the Fundación Neotrópica de Costa Rica in the country’s Osa Peninsula, as well as the 2006 National Conference on Development and Free Trade organized by the American-Costa Rican Chamber of Foreign Commerce.

Our ArtinSoft Cares (tm) program is an in-house initiative designed to provide sustained help to local organizations and individuals year-round. Our efforts are carried out by ArtinSoft professionals and collaborators. These include:
Donations for Children Living with Cancer
Through our Holiday Gift Cards program, we give monetary donations to the Asociación Lucha Contra el Cáncer Infantil de Costa Rica (Fight Against Child Cancer Association of Costa Rica) collected to buy medical equipment, medicine, and professional treatment.
ArtinSoft Recycling Program
Our Recycling Program is intended to help with national and global efforts to guarantee rainforest conservation. We believe in preserving the environment and are committed to doing our part through our in-house efforts and support to local environmental organizations.
Integrated Help for a Child Living with Autism
Several ArtinSoft professionals have spearheaded an innovative project to provide sustainable and accessible treatment to an autistic child of a family with limited resources. The initiative is part of a larger project to organize professionals in the region to help improve access to health and education for those in need.
Donations to Other Local Organizations
ArtinSoft contributes financially to various other community organizations, including the Asociación Cartaginesa de Natación (Cartago Swim Team Assocation) and FundaVida, a regional organization that helps keep children in school.
